Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Users below the age of 18 years old must get this document signed by their parent/guardian. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Use of our services is at the user’s own risk. Moodahead is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

Users agree to pay all fees associated with the services as described at the time of booking. Users must adhere to our rescheduling and cancellation policies.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Users must follow the rescheduling policies outlined on our website. Failure to do so may result in penalties or fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Moodahead or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Moodahead.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moodahead provides its services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Moodahead is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Termination

Moodahead reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

13. Rescheduling Policy

At Moodahead, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to reschedule your appointments. To ensure a smooth experience for all our users and therapists, please adhere to the following rescheduling policies:

Notice Period:
- 48 Hours Notice: You can reschedule your appointment without any penalties if you provide at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time.
‍- Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in 50% payment of the session.

Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please contact our support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request without penalties.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not rescheduled in advance, it will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments may be subject to the full session fee.

Therapist-Initiated Rescheduling:
In rare cases, your therapist may need to reschedule the appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made at your convenience without any extra cost.

Repeated Rescheduling:
To ensure the best possible care and availability for all our clients, we kindly ask that you avoid repeatedly rescheduling appointments. Frequent rescheduling may result in limited future availability.

First Free Session:
Please note that the first free session is a discovery call and wouldn’t be considered for rescheduling under any circumstances.
